How did you find out about our company?

A trading company that we do business with introduced us to you.

Why did you choose us?

To be honest, we didn't really do any detailed comparisons with other companies, but when we contacted you for the first time, one of your representatives came to our company right away and showed us Balaman. The representative also took the time to check out our factory. Your company's response was fast and friendly, so naturally we purchased one of your products.

Oh, come to think of it, I had the opportunity to look at products from other companies at a trade show after we purchased the Balaman, but I felt that the Balaman was better built than the other products, so I knew straight away that we had made the right decision.

What were the issues before you purchased the product?

Until that point, conveying the heavy plates was a two-person job and not only did the job require manpower, back injuries to workers was also a major concern, so we needed a way to reduce physical labor.

Please tell me how you use the product.

We use the product to convey stainless steel sheet metal with a weight of about 20 kg to 50 kg and thickness of 1.2 mm or greater to a cutter.

What was the result of purchasing the product?

The job went from a 2-person job to a one-person job post-purchase. Even ladies can perform the task with the use of one switch and the product enabled us to reduce the wear and tear on our workers' bodies. Our workers learned how to use the product very quickly and it has streamlined overall in-house workflow.

What were the issues before you purchased the product?

Please tell me anything that left an impression on you when you were dealing with us.

When we were reviewing the Balaman specifications, you loaned us a sample product and we used it to test suction. You also carefully checked the work details such as whether the product would break the plastic on the sheets and the impact of temperature fluctuations.

What products and/or technologies are you expecting from us in the future?

We will continue to use the Balaman, so we hope you continue to improve usability and create cheaper products if possible. We also hope you exhibit your products at JIMTOF.
