1. Top Hook

It is one-point suspension type and can rotate in any direction.

2. Frame & Drum

Being made of aluminum, they are light and heavy duty.

3. Reduction Gear

As it employs a helical gear, it works efficiently and quietly.
A slip clutch is also built-in that activates when impact loading occurs due to an object being hooked during lifting operation to protect the machine.

4. Brake

Combination of our unique mechanical load brake and dynamic brake enables loads to stop surely.

5. Reverse Winding Protector

It detects wire rope loosening and reverse winding caused by irregular winding, and stops the machine automatically. Meanwhile, when wire rope is wound reversely, brakes are disabled.

6. Motor

A powerful DC motor is installed.

7. Controller

A mechanical interlock prevents the machine wrong working. The circuit preventing reverse operating doing damages to the machine is also installed.

8. Over-winding Protector

It prevents wire rope from breaking and the machine from breaking down by over-winding.

9. Wire Rope

Our unique long-life wire rope is wound onto a drum. And, its rotation torque is smaller that of ordinary ones when loads are increased, which prevents loads from easily rotating.

10. Bottom Hook

A hook reduces wire rope rotation and prevents loads from easily rotating. Moreover, it is a self locking hook which is automatically locked when loads are placed on it. It surely prevents loads from falling off.

11. Push Button Switch

Two types of switches are available: A pendant button switch with an emergency stop button and a wireless transmitter (specified low power).
The wireless transmission performance is greater than 100 m horizontally and greater than 50 m vertically, and reliability has been improved.

Performance

As the hoist supports slow and fast two-speed operation, it is easy to adjust positions.
It also barely shakes the load in operation as it starts and stops gently.

Maintenance

The hoist records operation duration, frequency, and causes of trouble as operation history, which can be used to analyze the causes of trouble.
You can check the operation history by using a special tool.

1. Control Box

Options such as various kinds of limit switches, speed control are available. In addition, the emergency stop function is installed into control boxes as standard. This emergency stop function made an improvement in safety.

2. Motor

Enclosed flange type induction motor with strong initial torque.

3. Drum

Made of iron plate that strong enough to against wire rope compression. We have an optional specification in case to use over 2 wire ropes.

4. Reduction Gear

With high-efficient helical gear, low-noised closed type can be realized.

5. Brake

It is dry type and alternating current(AC) magnetic brakes in single disc ・multiple disc. Excellent response and long life operation can be realized by using sintering alloy steel as frictional resistance. We can also provide oil-damper (silencer).
