What is personal information?

Customer personal information is information which can be used to identify customers, such as their names, addresses, dates of birth, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.

Providing personal information

Customers can use most of the services offered on the website without disclosing any personal information. Customers wishing to confirm, correct, delete, etc. personal information they have provided can do so by contacting Toyo Koken. In order to prevent personal information tampering by third parties, Toyo Koken will accommodate these requests when it is able to confirm the identity of the customer, and within a reasonable scope.
