Rapid Responses

Those of us in the Toyo Koken Sales Department are very conscious of the speed of responses to customer demands. Immediate response to questions and inquiries from customers by phone, email, or face-to-face is the fundamental rule. If we cannot give a response immediately, we respond as soon as we've considered the question or inquiry in-house. We also respond as fast as we can to demands in which customers want us to look at their on-site environment and give them advice or if they want to see the actual equipment.

Friendly Responses

We have a wide variety of customers from large companies to
sole proprietorships. We continually give face-to-face support to
our existing customers to build strong relationships.
In order to be able to respond to inquiries from customers
in a wide variety of industries that have never used our products
before and are considering labor saving and forms of automation for
the first time, we make sure that we keep an open mind and explain
our products in an easy-to-understand way without using technical terms.

Taking Advantage of Customer Feedback in Development

Our salespeople first listen to customer requests and play a role in conveying those requests to the Development Department. We carefully listen to customer work requirements and through close communications with the Development Department, which sometimes involves spirited debate, we determine the optimum product specifications or develop new products. In order to accomplish such an important role, our salespeople are furthering their product and technical knowledge on a daily basis.
