Overturning the conventional image of Electric Balancer.
These Balamans are using electricity completely for level-up
balancing functions and all loading functions.
They have been developed by using electrical control
technologies,
mechanical design technologies and providing functions,
operability that totally different from existing electric balancers.

Realizing the balancing function by electronic control.

It is capable of balance operation without air. This balance function provides the stability of crane function with soft handling as well as pneumatic balancers and was produced for being superior operability.

Improvement of crane operation function.

Motion speed can be continuously adjusted by the crane lever and can be choosed 2 levels of speed by pendant switch (option). Moreover, motion speed can be easily set by the touch panel.

Position play back function was greatly improved.

The function memorizes the height in advance and operates repeatedly in the same position by operation button. It is useful for the operation which keeps the same position (height) with high accuracy.

Improvement of safety

Operation areas can be decided as desired. There are improvements of safety operation about preventing balancers in order not to strike nearby objects such as ceiling which are caused by gripping operation errors or excess pressure.

When this balaman is compared to pneumatic type, this one saves energy around 80%. It is capable of keeping down energy and running cost.

Improvement of maintainability.

A touch panel is installed at an operation box as standard. Setting and changing motions are easier.Error and warning messages will display on the panel; therefore, measurements can be done correctly and rapidly.

Wide range of models

It is capable of supporting weights from 50kg～250kg. Not only arm shape of scalar type but also universal type (F type) can be prepared.
