1Regulator Control
The control system is setting the weight of the transfer products in advance.
After that, selecting balance condition by switch operation.
- Suitable for the lot production which is kind of transferring the same products continuously.
- Because balance condition can be switched rapidly, it is suitable for operations that require the quick responses.
- Apply balance operation only.
- Set up the multiple weights and select the balance with the selector switch.
2Double Control
The control system can deal with random weights by detecting weight of transfer product every time.
- Suitable for handling various kinds of transfer products.
- The balance pressure is set up every time after lifting up the transfer product by crane operation.
- Available to switch to balance condition mode by balance button.
- The transfer in the air is possible to select either by the crane operation or by the balance operation
