Message from
the President

"Challenge, Change, Create"
to meet the latent needs of our customers.

Over the 65 years since its establishment,
Toyo Koken has built a solid position
in the construction and industrial machinery industries.

We have developed many new products at each time, but nowadays, when customers' needs are latent, companies are required not only to listen to their customers' voices but also to find hidden demands and make proposals from here.

Based on our accumulated technological capabilities as a long-established manufacturer, we are committed to developing seed-oriented products for our customers under our corporate philosophy of "Challenge Change Create" in order to respond to such latent needs.

Under this philosophy, I believe that the important thing is to take action without fear of correction. If we need to rework something in the process, we can deal with it each time. It is more important to take the first step even if it does not work out than to do nothing out of fear of failure. And I believe that the accumulation of experience gained through this process will give us the ability to make a wide range of proposals to meet the challenges of an increasingly diverse society and to manufacture products in line with the demands of an ever-changing society. In slogan terms, "Start small, but Start now.

In Japan, where labor shortages are evident, we will not limit ourselves to existing markets, but will also look to expand into new markets. We would like to contribute to society by solving problems in the field of primary industry, renewable energy, public infrastructure, and other labor fields.

In addition, we have so far focused exclusively on sales in Japan, but in the future, we will focus on developing overseas markets, especially in North America and Southeast Asia. We intend to expand our product lineup for this purpose.

We are proud to be a homey and open company with many club activities and volunteer activities. We have a corporate culture that allows people to do what they want to do, and there are opportunities for people of all ages and genders to play an active role. We value the frank and family-like corporate culture we have cultivated thus far, and we will work together as a company to make further progress in the uncertain and unpredictable times ahead.

We ask for your continued support as we take on the challenge of creating new products and values, without being bound by existing products and values.

Kazuhito Watanabe,President
